Gautam Adani's wealth more than doubled in one year, surpassing Mukesh Ambani to become number one

 In the year 2012, Mukesh Ambani had 6 times more wealth than Gautam Adani. But after 10 years the picture has completely changed.

IIFL Wealth has released the list of the richest people of the country for the year 2022. In this list named IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List 2022, Gautam Adani has become the richest man in the country. Gautam Adani has achieved this position by overtaking Mukesh Ambani, the Chief of Reliance Company.

The special thing is that Mukesh Ambani had remained at the number one position in this list for the last ten years, but now he has come at number two in this list. Gautam Adani's wealth has increased by 116 percent or more than double in the last one year.

In the last one year, Gautam Adani and his family have added a wealth of about Rs 5.88 lakh crore. Whereas the wealth of Mukesh Ambani and his family has increased by only 11 percent. In 2018, Gautam Adani was at number 8 in this list. For the first time in this list, Gautam Adani's brother Vinod Adani has joined the top ten. Vinod Adani has jumped from 49th position to number 6 in this list.

The total wealth of Adani and his family has gone up to Rs 10.9 crore.

According to the report, the wealth of Gautam Adani has increased to about Rs 10.9 lakh crore, while the total wealth of Mukesh Ambani is Rs 7.94 lakh crore. It has been claimed in the report that the wealth of Gautam Adani is increasing daily by about 1612 crores, while the wealth of Mukesh Ambani is increasing by 210 crores daily. About a year ago, Mukesh Ambani's wealth was one lakh crore rupees more than that of Gautam Adani.

But in a single year, Gautam Adani's wealth has increased by Rs 3 lakh crore more than that of Mukesh Ambani. In the year 2012, Mukesh Ambani had 6 times more wealth than Gautam Adani.
